The 4th grade ‘Fire’ side has made it through to the grand final this weekend to be played against our friendly rivals Ballina Bears! The boys bowled out Lennox Head for 117 and achieved the runs with 1 over to spare. The standout player was Mark Astley with 3 wickets and a six to win the game. John Casey again batted well and Spud Buttenshaw wrapped up the tail with figures of 2/1. The game will be played at Chickiba this Saturday and a big crowd would be appreciated.
