NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Tintenbar-East Ballina Cricket Club is on:

• Monday, 23^th July 2012
• at 7:30 pm
• at the Ballina RSL Club, Ballina.

Members are requested to nominate for a position by sending their nomination to the Secretary (see Form – Nomination for position as office bearer):

• at PO Box 1256 Ballina NSW 2478, or
• respond by email (upthebar@hotmail.com)

Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.

• Office (committee of management) bearing positions:
  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Social Convener
  • Statistician / Club Recorder
  • Club Captain
• Non office bearing positions:
  • Gear Steward
  • Publicity Officer / Photographer
  • Selectors (3 only – non-captains)
  • Coach
  • Social Committee – 2 raffles & 2-3 functions
